Your migration safari begins early in the morning with a pickup from your Arusha hotel, followed by a scenic 5.5-hour drive to Ndutu, covering 260 km. Along the way, you will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the landscape transforms from hilly forests to vast grasslands. Upon arrival in Ndutu, you will embark on a thrilling half-day game drive, pausing for a picnic lunch. This region, part of the great migration route, hosts over two million wildebeests, along with zebras, antelopes, and gazelles. Between December, January, February, March and April, the plains become calving grounds, attracting numerous predators. The nearby Ndutu and Masek Lakes serve as vital water sources, ensuring abundant wildlife sightings. After breakfast, we will set off on a full day game drive in the wilderness following the Great Wildebeests Migration trails. Today, by 9 AM you will head out for a short game drive in the Serengeti after a good breakfast. After completing a half-day game drive along with a picnic lunch, we will branch out and head towards the Ngorongoro crater rim. The 75-km drive to Ngorongoro Crater rim will take about 2.5 hrs, with mild game action to see on the way. The crater is one of Africa’s impressive geological attractions and supreme mecca of wilderness. The day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good rest in your choice of accommodation. Get a good rest and refuel yourself, for the following day you will descend into the massive crater.

Ngorongoro Crater then back to Arusha
On the final day of your safari, you'll begin with an early breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. With a vast floor spanning 260 sq km and a depth of over 2000 feet, the crater offers an exciting 5-hour game drive filled with wildlife action, including African elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions. After a picnic lunch at the picturesque Hippo Pool, you'll ascend steeply to the top before heading to Arusha for a 4-hour drive. By 6 PM, you'll be dropped off at your preferred location, bidding farewell to your team.
