Mikumi National Park to Ruaha National Park
Early morning coffee and a sunrise game drive — wildlife is most active at dawn. After a full morning in Mikumi National Park (zebras, giraffes, elephants common), enjoy a hearty continental lunch, then depart for Ruaha National Park. The road toward Ruaha National Park takes you through changing landscapes. you’ll overnight in a comfortable budget hotel and enjoy a proper shower and dinner.

Early breakfast, then head into Ruaha for a full-day safari with packed lunch. Ruaha’s mosaic of miombo woodland, riverine forest and open plains concentrates game around waterholes in the dry season: expect elephants in numbers, buffalo, sable/roan, and predators with long, cinematic sightings. Stop for a scenic picnic beside a river or kopje; You’re guide will pick the best vantage point for both wildlife and photographs. Return to your hotel at dusk.
