You will descend into the crater floor around 6:30 AM, where you will spend approximately 5 hours exploring this UNESCO-listed wonder. Home to over 30,000 animals, the crater offers excellent chances of spotting the rare black rhino, as well as elephants, lions, buffaloes, hippos, and flamingos at Lake Magadi. After a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, you will ascend to the crater rim and drive to Lake Manyara / Mto wa Mbu, a journey of about 1.5 hours.
