Full Day Game Drive Safari in Serengeti National Park

Enjoy breakfast before a full-day game drive in Serengeti, departing at 9:00 AM with a packed lunch and returning by 6:00 PM. Alternatively, start at 6:00 AM for a morning game drive, return for breakfast, rest, then head out again in the afternoon. Explore central Serengeti Seronera rich in wildlife, including lions and leopards. The Seronera River attracts diverse species, offering exceptional sightings year-round. After a thrilling day, enjoy a picnic lunch, then dinner and rest at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge or similar.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, begin the day with a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, where you’ll continue to explore the park’s stunning wildlife and dramatic landscapes. Whether you're spotting predators in action or witnessing vast herds of wildebeest, the Serengeti offers incredible opportunities for wildlife encounters. Later, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying a picnic lunch en route. The iconic Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, is a true natural wonder, measuring 14 kilometers across. Surrounded by a ring of extinct volcanoes, the crater floor is teeming with life, including nearly 30,000 animals that roam the vast expanse, filling the landscape with incredible biodiversity. The crater’s watering holes provide a prime opportunity for wildlife sightings, making it one of the most iconic safari destinations in the world.

Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara / Mto Wa Mbu

You will descend into the crater floor around 6:30 AM, where you will spend approximately 5 hours exploring this UNESCO-listed wonder. Home to over 30,000 animals, the crater offers excellent chances of spotting the rare black rhino, as well as elephants, lions, buffaloes, hippos, and flamingos at Lake Magadi. After a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, you will ascend to the crater rim and drive to Lake Manyara / Mto wa Mbu, a journey of about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge near the park and relax for the evening.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After breakfast, you will head to the most beautiful Lake Manyara National Park for your final game drive. This scenic park is set against the backdrop of the Great Rift Valley and is famous for its tree-climbing lions, large flocks of flamingos, and diverse birdlife. The park is also home to elephants, hippos, baboons, and antelopes, making it a great way to end your safari. You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before beginning your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon around 5:00–6:00 PM. You will be dropped off at your hotel or preferred location, marking the end of an unforgettable safari adventure.
