Arusha to Moshi
Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be warmly greeted by your tour representative and driven to Moshi, a charming town nestled at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Before turning in for the night around 7 PM, you’ll prepare your gear—replacing batteries in your headlamp and camera—and get some rest ahead of your summit push. Wash tents will be ready for your use to help you freshen up, and private toilets will be available for extra comfort. A brief acclimatization hike is recommended before dinner, and oxygen support will be provided if needed.
Kibo Huts - Uhuru Peak Summit - Horombo Huts

After celebrations, photos, and a sense of triumph, the descent begins. A break at Kibo Hut offers a brief rest and lunch before the journey continues to Horombo Huts. Trekking poles and gaiters are recommended for navigating the loose gravel. At Horombo, a well-deserved rest and your wash tents await, giving you a chance to refresh before dinner and your final night on the mountain.
