Iringa to Ruaha Arrival & Afternoon Game Drive
You’ll be picked up from your Iringa hotel or the Iringa airport and depart by road for Ruaha mid-morning (departure around 08:00 as standard). The scenic drive crosses miombo woodlands and rolling hills — a great warmup for photos. On arrival you’ll check in at the mid-range lodge, freshen up and enjoy a light lunch. After a short rest, head out for an afternoon and sunset game drive focusing on riverine areas and waterholes where wildlife gathers late in the day. Finish with a classic sundowner overlooking the savannah before returning to the lodge for dinner.
