Arusha to Tarangire National Park and overnight at Manyara (Mto wa mbu)

We depart early from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, a wildlife haven known for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse animal species. Upon arrival, we embark on an exciting game drive, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and various bird species along the Tarangire River, a vital water source for wildlife. We enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing our safari, capturing breathtaking views of the golden savannah. As the sun sets, we head to our campsite for a hearty dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Manyara (Mto wa mbu) to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we depart from Tarangire and drive towards Serengeti National Park, enjoying stunning landscapes along the way. As we enter the Serengeti, we embark on a thrilling game drive through the endless plains, home to the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and the Great Wildebeest Migration (depending on the season). The Serengeti’s vast savannahs provide excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings, with predators like lions and leopards frequently spotted in action. In the evening, we arrive at our mid-range tented camp in the heart of the Serengeti, where we enjoy dinner and a relaxing night under the African sky.

We start the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, the best time to witness predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards in action as they hunt. The Serengeti’s breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife make for an unforgettable experience. After breakfast at the camp, we enjoy a final game drive while exiting the park and heading towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, we pass through the Serengeti plains, spotting more wildlife and taking in the stunning scenery. By late afternoon, we arrive at our mid-range lodge in Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where we unwind, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the next day’s crater exploration.

Ngorongoro Crater Back to Arusha

On Day 4 of your 4-Day Group Luxury Safari in Tanzania, you’ll start the day with an early morning descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most famous wildlife destinations in the world. Inside the crater, you'll embark on a thrilling game drive, where you can spot a rich variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, wildebeest, and the endangered black rhino, all within this breathtaking natural amphitheater. After a delicious picnic lunch in the crater, you’ll continue your exploration before heading back to Arusha in the late afternoon. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Zanzibar or to your next destination, bringing an end to your luxurious and unforgettable safari adventure.
