Karatu or Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
You will be picked up from your hotel in Karatu or Mto wa Mbu, and then proceed towards the renowned Serengeti National Park, passing through the picturesque high-altitude farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey will take approximately four (4) hours. As we leave the highlands behind, we will descend into the core of wild Africa - the Serengeti National Park, characterized by its vast plains stretching endlessly into the horizon. Our destination is the central park area, known as the Seronera area, which is one of the most abundant wildlife habitats within the park. This area is home to the Seronera River, a crucial water source that attracts a diverse range of wildlife, representing many of the species found in the Serengeti. We will arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.
