Dar es Salaam to Arusha
Arrive at Arusha Airport from Dar es Salaam. On request our representative will welcome you and assist with transferring to your hotel in Arusha. Accommodation costs will be your responsibility. Spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring the local area as you prepare for your upcoming safari in Tanzania. Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you'll depart from Arusha for Tarangire National Park, leaving between 07:00 AM and 08:00 AM and make sure you are within 10km from the Arusha city center to be picked by the transport. This hidden gem in Tanzania is renowned for its vast herds of elephants, iconic baobab trees, and expansive savannahs. Your driver will also be your tour guide. During your full-day game drive, you'll have the chance to see a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and numerous antelopes and gazelles. The park is especially captivating during the dry season, when large groups of animals gather around the Tarangire River. A scenic picnic lunch will be provided, giving you the chance to relax before continuing the game drive through the park to explore even more of its diverse wildlife. In the evening, you will head to your accommodation at Fanaka Safari Lodge at Lake Manyara (Mto Wa Mbu) or a similar accommodation. There, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner.

Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara (Mto Wa Mbu)
After breakfast at Lake Mto wa Mbu, you'll journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its exceptional biodiversity. This unique ecosystem is home to the Big Five—lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and buffaloes—along with many other species. The morning game drive will take you down into the crater, where you can observe wildlife up close in this natural amphitheater. You'll have the chance to spot a variety of animals in their natural habitat. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed with stunning views of the crater, offering a chance to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. Afterward, you'll embark on an afternoon game drive to explore more of the area. In the evening, you'll head to Fanaka Safari Lodge or a similar accommodation for a comfortable and relaxing night. On the final day of your safari, you will depart from your comfortable accommodation at Lake Manyara / Mto wa Mbu and head towards Lake Manyara National Park. This park is known for its rare tree-climbing lions, which you will have the opportunity to observe. In addition to the lions, Lake Manyara's alkaline lake attracts thousands of flamingos, creating a breathtaking sight. The park's diverse landscape also hosts a variety of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, and elephants. You will embark on an exciting game drive to explore the park's beauty and its rich ecosystem. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature, taking in the peaceful surroundings. Between 06:30 PM and 07:00 PM , you will begin your journey back to Arusha, marking the end of your safari experience.
