Moshi to Tarangire National Park
You will depart early from Moshi and drive towards Tarangire National Park, enjoying scenic views of rural Tanzania and Maasai settlements along the way. Upon arrival, you will begin a full-day game drive in the park, which is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and rich biodiversity. During the game drive, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and various bird species, especially around the Tarangire River which attracts wildlife throughout the year. In the evening, you will exit the park and transfer to your lodge in Karatu or Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight stay.
